  • Even with the a slow start and weight gain last month, I still managed to shred some pounds. I think setting routines has helped tremendously. I have also been making sure to eat slower and chew, chew, cheeeeew my food. This has allowed me to 'sense' when I'm full sooner, identify hunger vs. Boredom, and only eat when I'm hungry which is now around the same times everyday. I still enjoy foods that I love but do so in healthier versions and I don't feel deprived or like I'm missing out on anything. I feel very confident now more than ever that I can maintain this lifestyle. However, I have not implemented exercise other than walking to achieve my steps goal. Baby steps Ya'll.

    Only .2lbs left to meet my December goal weight. Hoping to exceed my own expectations. Woot woot!

I read somewhere that if you think you’re hungry but you wouldn’t eat an apple, then you’re probably not hungry and just bored eating. I try to think about that every time I want to eat something outside of meal time!
