Okay guys I just submitted my progress weigh in and I made it this month!!! But just barely.
My goal this week was to go to the guy every morning before work ( weird work week so it was just every morning) and I loved doing it. It really helped me wake up and be able to focus throughout the day.
This week I need to focus back on my diet to help my with this next 3% of my body weight. I think my goal will be meal planning and Sticking to it!

How is everyone else doing and what is your goal for next week?

I'm close!! Just have to eat really mindfully, hydrate, avoid the giant bowl of French fries at work (restaurant... there's fries we can eat any time:flushed:) and get a couple good Barrio sessions in this weekend.

I’m doing well. I’m the lowest weight I’ve been in over 26 years. I want to stay mindful with food choices and drink my water. I’m worried about keeping the scale moving. I have thyroid issues. Which my doctor recently adjusted and my body seems to be ok releasing weight. Praying that continues. I still have 13 lbs until my goal weight of 150. :pray:
