  • I might have posted before but I went way off the rails in December. I let family drama surrounding the holidays get the better of me and I ate and drank All.The. Things. I've been doing better since the footrest of the year, but got a cold and upon recovery from that, took a HUGE tumble down the stairs which did my back no favors. So my eating has been on point, but I've gotten next to no exercise. I'm happy to have lost over 5 of the 12 or 13 lbs I gained in month 2. Realistically, I know I'll miss the mark on month 3, but I truly believe I can catch up and still be in this going forward. I'm easing back into daily exercise, eating well, and drinking plenty of water. I've got this!
