For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • PRIZE SCHEDULE! Each week, we will draw a random winner from those who have posted in the feed. Each week, posts must be made between 6 a.m. CT on Mondays through 6 p.m. CT on Sundays to be included in the week's drawing. We will then post the name of the winner the following day (Monday) by 9 p.m. CT (unless otherwise posted). The winner will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card!
