  • About to head into my week three (I started a week later). I spent the first two weeks gradually easing into a healthier lifestyle. In the past I have rushed it and felt guilty for having some sweets or carbs or anything else. This time I don’t feel guilty. I have had chocolate and some not so good junk food but it was in much smaller proportions and fit within my macros. This week I am being more organised by meal prepping. I’m ready to tighten the reins and eat clean! First meal prep: Creamy Chicken and Spinach.
