Congrats! I've done up to 5 days of fasting before and the longer I go, the worse I tend to indulge afterwards. You got this!

Ended it peacefully with mindful eating. There is this app called simple… really helpful . Keeping me on track of fasting. Stimulating my reward centre well after successfully finishing the fast. The goal is to feel rewarded after doing healthier activities instead of filling myself with food . Rewiring my brain..
