For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Most people have a sweet tooth, but I have a salt tooth :sob: I have always and will always love fries and chips more than most family members:yum: I loveee fruit and I’ve been doing whole 30 and have discovered I’m definitely lactose intolerant because I look and feel much better without it. I don’t care for pasta ever, I like restaurant bread and rice but hardly ever eat or crave those. It’s just those beautiful potatoes :heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I'm going with a high protein, low fat plan for nutrition. I'm going to start going to the gym next week as well. One of my go to meals is lemon baked chicken breast. So flavorful while still fitting my macro goals.
