How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone else have covid?

My weight has gone up this week which is really disheartening to be honest…

I don’t feel too bad but still stuck in at home means we can’t do much.

It’s now coke down to rig it calorie tracking which I hate doing!

Make sure you eat clean, nutritious food. Your body needs the nutrients to fight! Once you recover, you can go back to a calorie deficit.
Also remember that inflammation can cause water retention. That weight goes away, once you recover.
Feel better soon!
