So… I watched “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” for the second or third time in mid-December. I ordered a juicer and it arrived last week.

I started making one juice a day in place of a meal - mostly veggies with some fruit here and there. After a couple days, I bumped it to three juices plus some protein. Then today I did four. Plus two or three protein snacks - like eggs, chicken, salami, protein shake, etc. Kale, beet greens, and a variety of other vegetables actually keep my protein decently high without the additional protein, but it is nice to chew something a few times per day. ;)

And I have been losing 0.8 to 1.5 lbs per day while feeling full, happy, energetic, and, frankly, thrilled.

Furthermore, small issues with my health are clearing up one by one. My skin is looking more taut and clear.

I know there are no miracle cures nor miracle pills to lose weight, though looking through the myriad examples and stories on the “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” website, it seems extremely consistent and extremely healthy.

I have also found quite a lot of testimonials and examples of juicing helping people lose weight quickly with a ton of other positive health repercussions as well.

I’ll let you know how it goes after a few more weeks!!
