Any pop/soda addicts in our group? Or anything you’ve given up since starting the bet?

Today is day 14 for me with no pop! I decided on January 3rd that I was given it up. Not going to lie…the first few days were really rough but I survived. Last night we had pizza and I was struggling. Really, really had to fight the urge to “just have one”. But I did it. My goal is to go 30 days without then maybe only for special occasions or maybe not at all. To be continued….

I love using the mio liquid water flavoring! Actually my favorite rn is great value strawberry watermelon, it's clear so no red dye. A bunch of brands have them too, like kool aid, crystal light, etc. You can try them in sparkling water if you feel like you need the carbonation

Also cutting out any added sugars - mostly sweets, since I am a major sweet tooth - chocolates, candy, sweet pastry. 2 weeks going strong :blush:
