Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    It's incredible and inspiring to hear all of your wins so far in this game! Many of you have met your goal, some have had non-scale victories, new habits are being formed, goals are being met... It's amazing!

    This game is too large to share them all - and all of you are so amazing - but I'm going to share some of the most recent wins I've seen over just the past week.
