How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m not trying to start a debate… seeking actual advise. I am stuck. Trying to decide what lifestyle choice I need to make. I am currently doing weight watchers and going to burn bootcamp and seeing some results but I keep leaning/wanting to do low carb/keto because from everything I’ve read it’s a healthy way of life. I had gestational diabetes with 2 of my kids so am at risk for type 2 also. I need help? What do you all follow or think? I want honest thoughts/feedback ❤ Thank you!

Ugh I need to proofread. I meant I would binge in the evening.

I’m coming late to the party. I love keto. My husband and I both eat under 25 carbs a day and cravings and hunger have totally disappeared. We feel energetic our minds are clear, we have energy and most of all the bloat and inflammation in our bodies has disappeared. We eat healthy keto consisting of a protein and fresh veggies (no starch) every meal. We don’t count calories, we don’t count fat, we just stay away from sugar, bread, starchy veggie like potatoes pasta etc. anyway it doesn’t hurt to try it if you don’t like it you can go back to WW. Visit DietDoctor.com. Great website for keto and intermittent fasting.
