Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Awesome. (sarcasm) I gained 12 pounds in Round 1. TWELVE. I felt like I was staying about the same. Apparently I no longer have a real good feel for what my body is doing. Tonight I will be depressed and totally give up and probably beat myself up for spending the money. Maybe I can get back on this miserable horse tomorrow. Me = embarrassed, fat and unhealthy.

  • I also have a graph of my weight loss on my fridge so when I want to graze, or have seconds, or emotionally eat, I think about how much better it will feel if I get to my goal weight. I am just so sick of feeling fatigued, winded, embarrassed, and uncomfortable in my weight, I have to do something about it. I lost a bunch of weight to turn 40 a few years ago, and gained it back after a severely herniated L4/L5 disc + spinal surgery last year. We just have to reset our minds each day like a computer 😂 I hope some of this helped a little. Sending you all of the hugs and consistency vibes!! You can do it! I know you can.
