January is usually an easy month for me, but this time around that was not the case. I struggled a bit, but think I might have it figured out. I did not make goal (missed by about 2lbs) bc my weight went up and down. I was and still am frustrated, but accepting of the situation and handling it in a positive way. I am not giving up, I am not eating my feelings. I am going to try a few things this first week of February and see if any of my ideas will work. I am now excited about this month even more then last!!! Good luck to all this month!!!
