  • Are you drinking enough water?

    No matter what strategy or plan you are following in this game, one thing is for certain... they all recommend that you drink plenty of water!

    A couple easy tips:

    - Track your water consumption with an app or pen and paper

    - Use a visual reminder such as a marked water bottle or 8 rubber bands on your wrist and switch them to the other hand as you finish a glass

    - Make water more fun by adding fruit

    - Try your water hot! I love warm lemon water in the morning

    - Tie drinking a glass of water to a habit or time of day. (first thing in the morning, before a meal, before bed, right when you get to work...)
