Fell off wagon…CRASHED I should say…when I work my 5-12s it throws my body and motivation on a loop…the studio I workout in just posted they’ll be closed for SEVERAL weeks due to relocation. I live in a rural area and work shift work as an RN in a hospital. What workout videos do you suggest? DIET is important and terrible. Any pros/cons on instant oats?

I have subscriptions to both Beachbody on Demand and Peloton and love them both for different reasons. Beachbody has some really great programs for all levels that vary from 4 weeks to 100 days, there are lots of varieties of teachers. Peloton I love for their live classes and it makes my treadmill time go by much faster. They also have a lot of really good yoga and stretching classes.
