Right now I'm in a stall and this happens sometimes. I've had several days of about the same weight despite eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise and movement in every day.

These stalls can be hard!!

The best thing I've found is to just keep the routine and faith that my weight will eventually have another dip.

How are all of you doing? What's going well and what could be better? How are you pushing to make progress?

I stalled for what felt like months. Just losing a pound a week maybe! It was so discouraging and I was losing my motivation. I decided to switch it up and went full Keto and the lbs started dropping again. And I get to still have treats (keto friendly) so I don’t think about cheating!
