  • Its very hard for me to stay motivated. I know, i know. Don't look to often at the scale. But every day i get the same weight. Since 8 days. I eat well and i am active. I need help. I think about a fatburner to help my metobolism a little. Do you have any advice for me?

Same way. Lost a lot last month, so my body is hanging on to the pounds right now to see if I’m still losing or going to give up. Trying hard to convince it I’m not giving up so it will release the pounds already. Bodies are frustrating sometimes.

I also use the 2B mindset by Ilana Muhlstein. Her “plate it” guidelines are so practical and guide all my meals. Water and sleep are super important. And Ilana is a big fan of weighing every day so that you are really in touch with how you’re eating affects you.
Also-check for sneaky salt. For example, one can of marinara sauce can have 600g of sodium and another only 180....makes a big difference! And deli meats have a lot of salt too. I find that my weight is very sensitive to my salt intake.
