How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Question- To save or donate clothes that get to big?
Trying to decide if I should purge my closet and donate clothes that are too big. I have quite a few size 14 jeans that I was wearing at Christmas but now I’m in a size 12… may be a size 10 soon.

Allow yourself one box of ‘not now’ clothes. They can either not fit, be a wild style, etc.

With it being only 1 size difference, I would probably hold on to a few favourites in case of bloating or vacation weight and such. Just in case! But I'd also feel comfortable getting rid of most as incentive to keep going. :yellow_heart:
