For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Lost this round…. I honestly don’t know what to do to get the scale to move!!!! I am frustrated I’m tracking everything I eat, I weigh it out and use measuring cups/spoons so I know it’s accurate. I am working out A LOT. The scale just won’t move I am only 46% to round three goal so I have to majorly kick it into gear but I don’t know what gear because I feel like I am giving it my all!

I will never forget standing on the scale and bursting into tears 6 weeks into the start of this DietBet journey in 2019. I thought I was doing everything right. But then I tried low carb - but with lots of non-starchy veggies (Dr Becky Fitness on YouTube really helped) and educating myself about autophagy, intermittent fasting, working out while burning fat and not glycogen and everything changed. The book mentioned above sounds interesting because it sounds like it helps people find their unique combination of metabolic needs. Good luck and don’t give up!
