How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Month 3!! The scale keeps going down and I keep barely missing goal lol!

I feel good about the next few months. I hadn’t worked out in years do to an injury and on Monday, I decided to mentally push through. Today makes 3-days in a row I’ve worked out. That’s actually an all time best record for me at the moment.

I don’t know why DietBet is working but it’s working better than a gym membership at the moment! I love reading everyone’s post when I need motivation to keep going.
