How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Down 50lbs (22.6kg) since I started my health journey December 6th 2021.
This is the longest I have ever stuck with something because it's actually a sustainable lifestyle that I WANT to do. I finally understand what everyone meant when they said lifestyle change. Never going on another "diet" again!
Still have around 45lbs to go, but I'm enjoying the process and I won't stress on how long it takes (I know the last lbs to lose will be much, much slower).
Congrats to everyone on their progress, no matter how small!
