How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • We haven’t talked about Non-Scale Victories for a while, and I know you have them!

As the pressure of making our goal for this game gets stronger, it’s important to remember that the scale doesn’t tell the whole story.

Also, as things come up in life, it’s important to pat ourselves on the back for good habits we are keeping up with, challenges we are overcoming, and just making it through the day.

You are all amazing, and you’re doing a wonderful job. You deserve a pat on the back! I hope you all can find some small victories to give yourself credit for, and please share them with us below!

I want to the beach yesterday and wore a bikini for the first time in forever!

I have had the most stressful week in years at work, but I did not fall into my usual emotional/stress eating pattern of binging on sweets! My meal-prepping and improved coping skills (decided to take a brisk walk outside instead of eating my feelings) came through for me!
