Remember, this 6 month journey is not just about losing weight.

It is about life interfering with your plans, which is what got you to the point of signing up for this game. How you handled the sidetracks in the past and the consequences....

It is about holidays and how you handle them. Do you jump off the diet cliff and lie moaning at the bottom OR do you just get right back on track and keep moving even if you overate at one family meal....if you can get the family to go for a walk after the big meal, extra points for you!

Do you beat yourself up over falling off your plan and wallow in chocolate and pizza OR do you forgive yourself and start again stronger (and start again faster than last time)?

You are learning and growing, it is all part of the value of the game....

PS sometimes you cannot make a perfect choice from the eating options but you can make a better choice or the best choice possible.

Sometimes you do not have the time or are not at the gym to do a perfect workout BUT you can find a way to move more.

I used to go the lonnnnngggg way around to the ladies bathroom for 2 reasons: extra walking AND avoided the kitchen with all the homemade goodies...
