    Do you make your bed each day?

    Just know there is zero judgement here or thoughts that those who make their bed are better than those who don't - I'm in the messy bed category myself...

    However, the idea behind the making your bed theory is interesting. The benefits are claimed to be starting your day off on the right foot and with a feeling of accomplishment, sense of calm, better sleep, enhanced organization, improved focus, better productivity, relaxation, stress reduction, and it trains your brain to get the day going. Wow!

    What do you think???

    Here is a challenge - for some of you at least - try to start your day off on the right foot by making your bed each day.

See, I would love to make our bed, but like most husbands, I don't, for a very good reason!
I live in the hope that maybe an hour or two after getting out of bed, there is a chance (however small), that may be, I might just get to throw my wife back on the bed and mess it up.
I WANT to make the bed, but you have to understand...there's that chance...... :P
