How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve been MIA . Had to relocate my family , dealing with a lot of medical stuff . I’m now just finding the time to check in. I’ve gained a couple pounds but my sugars have been all over the place. Rapidly dropping into the 50’s . It gets scary. I’m having to constantly snack to make sure I don’t get low , but as soon as I eat carbs I spike over 240. I don’t get it . I’m still focused on getting healthy instead of focusing on that scale number .

I don't know where you live but maybe your PCP can refer you to a specialist out of the area. I live in Northern California and many of us travel to San Francisco (UCSF) to see specialists. The shortage of specialists up here is nuts!
