How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi everyone - Just checking in to say hi and to apologize for not being more engaged in this game. We've had some real health challenges in the last 4 months - I injured my arm at the end of January and am finally getting back to normal with that. My hubby had a whole laundry list of scary symptoms but we just found out this morning that they have ruled out multiple myeloma. (He has MGUS which is the non-cancerous form of the blood disorder. He will be under active surveillance though as multiple myeloma always starts out as MGUS.)

I won the first round of the game, but since that time I've gained 20 lbs!!! :( I'm really disappointed about that, but I am able to put it into perspective and be so grateful for the good news we got this morning.

I wish you all continued success on your health journeys and congrats to those who crushed this game. I may give another Transformer a go, but right now I'm taking a little mental break from it all. I'm doing a few "Way Better" games and enjoying those. Baby steps... one day at a time.

Blessings!

Thanks for all the support & well-wishes. We’ve had a really rocky road with health issues for the past 3 years. It has truly driven home the saying “if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything”. Good health is so precious… and losing weight is usually a big step towards honoring your body and doing all you can to make it the best it can be.
Wishing you all the very best.

Hang in there. You’re doing great :star:
