For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've been doing great and have hit my goal each round. But to be honest, this month is going to be hard work! We just got back from a softball tournament in Vegas last weekend and I put on 4lbs. Meal choices weren't the best. Worked hard the past 2 days and lost 2lbs which put me back under my goal weight. This weekend my husband and I will drive to Phoenix from Denver with our trailer for roof work. I LOVE to snack on gas station junk food on road trips. Need to make some massive substitutions. We fly back Monday and Wednesday will fly to Nebraska for our daughter's college orientation. Fly home Friday, 6 hour layover in Denver and then hubs and I fly back to Phoenix to drive home the following day. Following week we have a softball tournament in Lubbock, TX. 5 states plus our home state this month. Lots of eating out and exercise routine hiccups coming my way. Determined to not let it get the best of me! I've come this far and not about to gain more than my goal weight. Fitbit goal is set for 8lbs lighter to give me some wiggle room and keep me on track as best I can given the crazy travel schedule. Best part is my hubby is on his own weight loss/exercise kick so we have each other to help find healthy choices when we can and continue to support each other in our journey :)

You got this! I have some trips coming up too. My plan like someone said above is gum, and then a filling protein bar or something and some beef jerky for when I really need something else to snack on. Try and think of low carb snacks in replacement of usual carb loaded things like chips/ sweets. Have fun on your trips!
