Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m so nervous! I’ve been away from home (and my scale!) for a week now, as my dad was in a bad car accident. I had a day in the car driving to my parents’ home and ate fast food. I’ve gone out to eat multiple times with my mom and kids. My parents are overweight and don’t tend to have healthy foods in the house.

That being said, I’ve been very careful, have had some “cheat” foods, but I didn’t go crazy with stress-eating. I’ll be going back home tomorrow and am praying I stayed on the right track this week.

Either way, I’m waaaaaay better off than I was 6 months ago! For that I am grateful. 🙏

Hope your dad gets better soon!
Brandon said it already, don't freak out, just cut down on salt and processed food and drink plenty of water to flush out salt. The difference can be a few pounds!
A sweaty workout on weigh in day might be all you need to get there. The last day to weigh in is July 2 California time. That is plenty. You got this!!!!
