How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Some days, it’s just hard to feel the motivation to do anything, much less going out of your way to push yourself physically in some form of work out. I think most of us know that we feel better at the end of a workout, but often the mental fortitude needed to start one can be so hard to muster.

One thing to always keep in mind is the commitment we have made to ourselves, to make better choices, eat healthier foods, and move our bodies more. Creating, and keeping goals, habits, and changes mean that sometimes we have to override our desire to take it easy some days, or to skip a workout on another day.

Many times we let BEING TIRED be an excuse, but even if you can't give your workout 100%, even 10% is better than 0%. So, even if you're tired, do it tired, and do SOMETHING.

There are always days when I start a workout, or am trying to finish one, where a part of me is begging to quit, because I am tired, or am uncomfortable (think cardio). I have to always tell myself, “BEING TIRED is not an excuse to quit," and prove to myself that I am stronger than my own inner voice. I have goals to accomplish, and they will get done, tired or not!

    Make today great!
