  • Week #3 challenge: this is my mid-week go-to. By the middle of the week, I've usually eaten most of my meal prep, or I'm tired of the same things. So, I grab any bagged salad, split the bag and all the fixins in half (Dave the other half for tomorrow!). Load it down with any fruits or veggies that need to be cleaned off the counter or out of the fridge, top it with a protein, flax seed, and chia seeds. (Pictured here is an Asian salad with extra carrots, onion, shredded chicken breast, flax, and chia seeds.)
