  • Hi! I’m Crystal from ND:) I’m 41 and have 6 kids with my husband of 18 years. I decided to hop on Dietbet after really struggling with my weight these last 6 months. I’d love to lose 20 pounds by beginning of April when my husband and I take a trip to Mexico that I earned!
    I haven’t worked out in about 10 months due to a back injury that lead to my second back surgery. So my goal is to clean up my eating and start walking on the treadmill. Would love any advice on workouts to do to strengthen the core with recovering back injuries.

Ooooh! You earned a trip to Mexico!? That is soooo cool. I am so excited for you to go have some fun in the sun soon! I wonder if diastasis recti core exercises would be okay on your back (maybe check with your doctor) but I injured my back after I had my baby and when I was talking to my doctor he told me to do DR core workouts because they were gentle on the back and effective with my core.
