How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • The past few days have been a huge struggle for me! It's been a week since my car accident and I am really sore! I started PT today, he told me I needed to take a step back from working out and focus only on the exercises he gives me which I know is the right thing but hard for me to do... I keep reminding myself that as long as I follow the 2b mindset, exercise is extra credit. I can still lose weight and focus solely on nutrition! This is a different path than I'm used to following but I am excited to fully jump into the 2b mindset!!

You can definitely do it! Been doing 2b for years and back when I initially lost my 40 lbs I had a lot going on they prevented me from working out. Now I work out because I want to but I know it doesn’t “help” with my weight loss and is more for my mental well being and toning. Hope you heal quickly and feel better soon!

I have to focus on nutrition too. Setting alarms on my phone for dinner and done/brush teeth/bed. We can do this.
