How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I always say, More Water = More Weight Loss. But the easiest way to start is with the first 20 minutes of your day. When you force yourself to finish 20 ounces of water right when you wake up, you will see it bring you more energy and less hunger throughout the morning.

This is key for fending off those mid morning cravings.

For an extra boost of weight loss and food control, drink 20 ounces of water first before eating your lunch, dinner and certainly before a snack.

If you’re working out, don’t leave the mat or workout space before drinking 20 ounces of water first as well!

Remember, more water more weight loss. The easiest and most effective place to start, is first thing in the morning. Embrace it and let me know how it goes!!!
