How can we clean up our plates even more over the next few days to see the most scale change. Dairy and gluten carbs bloat me (though I still eat them on 2B). Should I eliminate them or reduce them before the last weigh-in?

THAT WAS AWESOME!! My first live Zoom!! Learning that melting mode is an every single day thing will make a huge difference in my success. I was only trying to have occasional weight loss weekends and I was closer to maintenance mode than to melting mode for a long time! THIS is why my weight loss has been so slow! Not any more, baby! :sweat_smile:
