How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Thank you so much for these docs. Do you have a doc or resource for more info on Intermittent fasting?
I’ve been fasting for a week and a half. I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. If I work out at 8am doing barre and my bike, is it still OK to not eat until 12 o’clock? I’m so used to having a protein shake after my workouts. I just don’t want to lose muscle mass.
