  • Huge bowl of oatmeal!!! I like savory food and oatmeal is good for you so I am experimenting with ideas... That being said, my new way to have it....
    2/3 cup oatmeal
    1 cup chicken broth
    4oz homemade sausage
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 cup water
    1 cup cauliflower rice

    Absolutely delicious and so much!!! This keeps me full for hours!!!
