  • My NSV today...

    I went to bed too late last night so I've been tired. When I'm tired I crave junk food badly. After working all day, I so wanted to cave and just swing through the drive thru on my way home. One meal won't kill me, right? That's what I've always told myself anyway.

    But then I saw Ilana's post today. And I realized that telling myself that countless times in the past is partially why I'm where I'm at today. So I made myself drive home and instead threw together a quick but delicious meal... Precooked chicken breast with uncured bacon and melted cheese over romaine and garlic butter green beans. I know my body will appreciate it so much better!
