Ok, I have a little plan I’m writing down for accountability. Today I stuck to my 2B plan all day, drank most of my water, resisted the chocolate basket at work etc. On the way home I was starving so I ate an apple (no protein) then just kind of snacked on my kids’ snacks (aka cheddar bunnies) with them until dinner. SO tomorrow, I’ve already pre-tracked what I’m going to eat. I have artichoke hearts and chopped tomato ready and I’ll toss it in a big bowl and sprinkle with red wine vinegar and EBB seasoning when I get home and need a snack before dinner. I just can’t do cold, raw veggies in the cold wintertime. So that’s my snack plan! I’m proud that I recognized I needed a plan instead of just throwing in the towel. Nope, I want to make my bet this time!

That's amazing! I've noticed that it ALWAYS helps to have a plan made and a snack prepped the day before- as I am all too familiar with the "I'm starving!!" Snacking :joy: you've got this!
