  • Hi wonderful (mostly) women!! While following 2B mindset 80% of the time and eating 4 meals per day, I bumped up my calories with my nutritionist to over 1750 calories average per week (from 1000-1200 calories-no wonder I have been yo-yo dieting my whole life! ????). I incorporate some high calorie days and some low calorie days to rev up my calories, as I found out my resting metabolism is 1750 per day before exercise 😮 I have been eating more protein, veggies and full fiber carbs and eat between 10-6 most days.
    And I have lost .5 lbs since I started recently! 😃
