I’m really struggling with dinner and done tonight. I had a salad with 3 hard boiled eggs for dinner and I am starving 😩 drinking more water…I guess more veggies right?

If I feel I’m still so hungry I will grab a small handful of cashews or almonds. Maybe a celery stick with pb. And more water. I really feel like this when I’m near or on my period. And at that time your body is telling you you need a little more. Just dont over indulge. You got this!
