I have major anxiety about a group trip I have planned with 4 families. We had a meal planning party but trust me, with picky kid eaters and adults who do not have the same health goals in mind the trip is going to be tough. I plan on bringing my own stuff but also don’t want to be totally singled out for eating the healthy things when everyone is having pasta and tacos. Each family is taking a meal to cook so I feel bad if I choose not to eat what they made. I also don’t want my food choices to be commented on… I would rather not have to delve into explaining why I am eating healthy. Help!

I have a question about water additives, not necessarily your liquid enhancers to drink more water.

sWhat are your thoughts on liquid IV? I know it is full of sodium which may cause water rendition, but I love the taste and hydrating aspect of the product. Same with Beachbody energize.

Is collagen beneficial to be adding to water? If so, is there a particular time of time and what would collagen be considered (protein, FFC, accessory)?
