The baby steps definitely get easier with practice. For my daughter's birthday party I made homemade pizza but I also made a large bowl of salad that I was excited about so while everyone went to town on pizza, I balanced my plate with veges most.
Made chicken noodle soup yday for sick kiddos and was intentional about doubling veges and leaving large pieces of celery in there that I could then have instead of more noodles. Win win! :raised_hands:
