    A player in one of my previous games posted this image, and I fell in love with this quote.

    It reminds me of how I sometimes like to stay in my "comfort zone," but then I have to remember that stepping out of it is what truly helps me grow.

    This is a great quote for all aspects of life, let alone dieting!

I am DEFINITELY feeling challenged, and unfortunately, not rising to the challenge as well as I want to! I have a new baby, and I feel like I need to consume ALLLL the sugar just to stay awake, and exercising is not even an option. My goal for this week though is to buy some healthy snacks so whe. faced with the decision of what to snack on, I can make the healthier choice.
