Here’s a FIBER FILLED PROTEIN PACKED

BERRY F*IN GOOD CRUMBLE

Ingredients:
1 cup Berries (blueberries & raspberries)
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (BeachBody Vanilla Recharge or Vegan Vanilla Shakeology)
1/4 cup Quick Cook Rolled Oats
Dash of Cinnamon
1/8 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1TBSP Coconut Mana (Butter)

Preheat oven 425 F

Lightly grease an oven safe dish with coconut butter & fill with 1 cup of berries.
Place into the oven for 5-10min until berries begin to swell.

Mix 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup rolled oats in a dish. Add 1/8 cup almond milk and 1 TBSP of coconut mana (butter) combining the mixture until crumbs start to form (do not mix until smooth). Top with cinnamon if you’d like! Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly on the half baked berries and return to the oven for 10-15 min until golden brown on top and berries oozing with their juices.

Enjoy warm on it’s own or topped with a spoonful of SKYR.

Questions you may have:

Why coconut butter and not coconut oil?
The 2 are different and cook differently. Coconut butter is made from the whole coconut which means it contains fiber.

What’s the best dish to cook the crumble in?
A small round pyrex so you can see the berries while they cook.

What almond milk brand?
Be sure to check the ingredients so they are all words you can pronounce. I use Simply Almond milk which is 50 cal per serving.
