It’s a new day. Drink lots of tea or water. If you give in grab cucumber, pickles or celery. You can do it! If you have junk food in the house get get rid of it! You can do it!

Thanks everyone. It’s not even junk food I just will eat leftovers plus my veggies and protein. I think I need to eat more veggies for lunch so I don’t go home feeling like I need to eat the first think in site!
