Discouraged! My body looses soo slow!! I’ll loose 3 and put on 2.
I can barely loose. I’ve been lingering same all week!!! I have to much to loose before the bet!! Anyone else a slow loser? I’m a few days before my period-Sorry no technically I put on the pounds before that!! But come ON!!

I’m trying so hard! 😭😭😩 I feel like I’m getting nowhere!!

  • I did this yesterday to help my relationship with the scale. More so it teaches me the ebbs n flows of my normal weight fluctuations. Which is not linear. It’s a progressive slow downward trend.

Yes. I lose slowly also. It really seems to make a big difference when my mealtimes are. And I have shortened my eating hours to 6-8 hours of the day.
