How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Let's talk water. For those with a smart scale, how much water does it take to get your body water percentage into the "normal" range? My weight is in the 170s. My goal previously was 90 oz/day. About 3 weeks ago, I upped my goal and am now averaging 150 oz/day. Even at 182 oz last weekend, I can't get my body water above 42.9%. My scale says average is 45-60%. Whose scale says their body water is in the normal range and how much are you drinking?
