For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend and are ready to start week 2 strong! Looking back on last week, what were your strengths, and what did you struggle with? Take a moment to think over what did and didn't work for you and make any necessary changes this week! 

    I'm posting weekly mini-challenges for entries into a drawing at the end of the game for a $5 gift card to Amazon, Starbucks, Target or $5 Points! You can earn up to two entries per week. Every Friday I'll make a post to comment on when you've completed your fitness goal, the other challenge requires a post!

    WEEK 2 CHALLENGE:

    Drink your water! Set a personal goal of how much water you want to drink and commit to completing your goal 6 days this week!

    It's important to stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of water is not only good for you but can keep the hunger away. Win-Win!

    BONUS CHALLENGE: Post a photo of something that makes you smile! These posts will automatically add an entry to the drawing at the end of the game for a $5 bonus.
