My weight went up a little bit the past couple weeks and now it’s slowly getting back down. I have about 2.5 pounds to lose before the next weigh in and less than 10 days. Im going to have to really focus. My go to sweet snack which is curbing my late night sweet tooth is rice cakes with mini marshmallows and mini choco chips on top. What are your favorite sweet diet snacks?

I make home made smoothies, (frozen raspberries, strawberries and blackberries with a bit of cream) it feels like ice cream. lol
